Reset your body with a blend of Myofascial Release and Flow Yoga

In this 2-hour workshop you will learn how to use self-massage techniques to release tight muscles and rejuvenate deeper connective tissues in the body. Learn how to access your deeper core muscles for ease of movement and breath. Roll out and loosen up those sticky spots in your lower back, belly and other areas that affect your core. You’ll feel immediate relief from minute one!

Enjoy freedom and fluidity in your movements as we flow through a gentle, embodied yoga practice. Working with touch and stimulating fascia will raise your inner-body awareness. Reboot your nervous system and sense yourself in a whole new way.

All Levels are welcome! This practice is a great way to support you in your everyday life.

WORKSHOP PRICE:
35 EUR including a handout covering the rolling techniques and some background information on fascia.

We kindly ask you to bring your own mat and materials. You will need:
* a yoga mat
* a yoga block or sturdy book
* two massage or tennis balls (no spikes)
* a small pilates ball or alternatively a towel
